It was a great company 8 years ago, now it’s a stressful work environment. Nobody should have to work for a company big or small and fear every time you walk in the office if your going to get pulled in to a mangers office.
EVERYONE HAS FORGOT ABOUT SAMS CULTURE. MICROMANAGING, walk on pins and needles, tattletale butt kissing drivers, favoritism, hold drivers accountable for everything and management for nothing. Money isn’t everything! Safety man caught on camera texting while driving company car on company property, home office notified, safety still works there and terminates drivers for doing the same thing. Absolutely bogus company.
