In the six months that I have worked here my FM, the staff and management has worked with me to succeed. Communication is the key. Talk, listen, rebutt, and execute. At times it’s frustrating I can’t lie but that’s trucking. I have experienced nothing but warm and kind personnel at PTL and that includes the night shift. There are times you may have to wait longer than expected, may not get the loads you would prefer but that’s trucking. If your patience is thin you’re in the wrong business. Maintenance takes awhile but they get the job done. Could use a few more miles, but I am working that. Average about 2300 and take home average net $1500-1800 a week.
