Pros
Best training in the industry.
Cons
Way to many to list

The management sit behind bullet proof glass and never associate with "the lowlife drivers". If you lease from them; they will dictate exactly what you are doing. You will be a trainer and you will put up with the idiots dispatching you. However, they have the best training program in the US. If you are new, train for two months and then take off for better pastures.

Pros
Plenty of work
Cons
Low pay and terrible customers. Also their equipment is junk.

The right hand and the left have no idea what the other is doing. They are completely disorganized and you will have some clueless girl call and complain about your logs and she has no idea what a log is and that's if you are lucky and they speak English (my Spanish is good so I get by). I am just waiting for my year to be up so I can get a good job.

Pros
Great equipment if you are firm.
Cons
They recruit only from the ghetto.

They have really great equipment if you are not a pushover. If you are timid or "laidback" they will give you junk, duct tape and bailing wire. They love for drivers to fail inspections and have small accidents so they can keep you from going somewhere else. Never spend your own money on truck repairs or anything else as, THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU. Also charge them COD when doing any work as they tend to not pay suppliers.

Good equipment, awesome staff.

Owned by US Express

The support staff is awesome. The pay is low but, it's a training company and they are willing to take a chance.

Pros
Home time is good.
Cons
Dangerous place to work

They make very poor decisions as to safety and weather. This is not a place for new truck drivers as the stores are not set up for 53" trailers and especially refers. They force you to drive and deliver in bad weather conditions. Poorly managed and unorganized. The pay seems ok until you do the job and then you realize your life is in danger. You will be stopped at all weight stations as they overload you every time. Their FMCSA score is horrible and their safety record is deplorable.

Pros
None, they pretend like they don't speak English.
Cons
Everything. Trucks aren't serviced, their tablet is a disaster, you weill be sitting more than driving.

Do not bother with this company. they will promise you the world and deliver nothing. Look at their FMCSA SAFR report and you will know why to stay away. They let drivers drive with no CDL. When they get caught they promise you everything. STAY AWY!

Pros
there are not many
Cons
there are too many to list

Be very careful of this company as the Serbian owner has some very serious issues going in with the Federal Government. If you drive for them do not pay any deposits for equipment. They will Nicole and dime you to death. Their good reviews on Google are all friends and not real.

Pros
They pretend to be Christian.
Cons
The office can be a little woke sometimes

20% of the people do 100% of the work. They even have a ministry, however they only help out illegals that have snuck into the country. Their stuff is junk.

Pros
Office staff are great with a few bad actors. Home time is ok.
Cons
Your not really treated like a human being by dispatch so try to ignore him.the pay is horrible

I have worked here for several years and it boils down to respect. They expect you to work 14 hours a day and then sleep in an unsecured lot with no bathroom, shower food, etc...(knowing you can't find a spot at a truck stop that late as they don't care). The equipment is well maintained, as long as it is a dot item. Driver comfort is secondary.

Pros
Great equipment, discounts on food, no overnight
Cons
Low low pay. Management is clueless and they treat you like a slave.

Good place to start for new drivers as you will hate the job. The pay is very low. Go to US Foods and they pay much better.
