I've found the company to be good after 6 months. Had alot of truck issues at first, however they where all emissions problems which is everywhere. After 3 months my Fleet manager offered an engineered lane starting & ending in my home town each week. 6300 miles, home for reset weekly. Time off has been handled well. Overall I've had a great experience with Covenant
