- Incompetent and unqualified people to work for up the whole chain. Yard had to have roadside air up ten trucks for 5 hours that were all underinflated because their air hose doesnt go over 90 psi, broken brake lines from zip ties, rusted over 5th wheels, and management will lie on you when you repeatedly report safety issues.
Red flags from beginning to end. I wish I could let the photos speak for themselve. They want you to haul millions in airplane parts through snow storms with unsafe equipment. Their loaders at UPS had to report problems all the way to their DM.

Just finished the orientation and my teammate wasnt appproved but I still have to say this is the best company I have ever seen and would recommend new drivers here to learn the right way. The negative reviews on here look like they were the problem. None of us shared hotel rooms and we had a shuttle bus making 2 runs. Restaurant vouchers and top notch hotel. If your solo the LP option looks like the best way to make money if youre a manager.
