- No guarantee pay if you're in the shop more than 24 hrs,only breakdown pay, 500 dollar pet deposit EVERY TIME you change truck, (frequently)as far as breaking down- Unless your hotel room is booked by the company breakdown service,they will only book one night at a time while your truck is in the shop which hits your pocket every day if you have pets ( hotel pet fees every time the room is extended
Overall a pretty decent company,but with variant going under and the looks of the company on paper,I'm getting a bit nervous..good pay and miles on the dedicated se account I'm currently on,upper management leaves a lot to be desired ..see cons,it's long but worth reading of your looking into this company and have a pet
