Pros
Money is good 6 months out of the year if you never go home. New trailers and newer terminals.
Cons
Managers and dispatch, shop guys treat drivers terrible, 3 days off a month, double check mileage on paychecks, nobody cares about you in anyway.

The first two years I was in a constant rotation of 450k mile trucks that were breaking down and then I’d be put into a “loner”. I was told to take a weeks worth of clothes. They left me in the truck for over a month. Once my truck was in a company shop and I had talked to my dispatch and terminal manager. They sent me to a company hotel, they called me at 7:30 am and I missed the call. They then called all my emergency contacts, freaked my mom and brother out. I actually got sick once and had to go to the hospital, not only did they NOT notify my family but told me if I didn’t get my stuff that I had packed up out of their storage in two weeks they would be throwing it away. The only good thing about this company is that if you can not have anything happen to you or your truck then you don’t have to talk to anyone. Once you have to call someone for any reason things completely come down in your head. It’s like you’re personal punished because your water pump went out.
