- Polite and friendly ,they do bend over backwards to get a driver home, even if 8 day required notice is not able to be given, and when dates are blocked off

- Force you to work long hours not driving,with no pay. Poor planning is getting very unsafe..
If thinking of working for Transam, consider applying to Prime Inc. as Transam is now pulling for Prime Inc. Your pay and life style maybe better at Prime Inc. as Prime sending Transam drivers the loads that they do not want,with terrible timing on all of them,long waits ,low miles . Timing that will have you turned upside down and inside out with very little $ to show for it... Choose Transam = less pay for prime inc loads and the ones they don't want... Choose Prime Inc.= Higher pay and better loads and timing.
