Everything else besides training

Seems to do everything they can to stop you from getting miles. Trailers are crap there. Limiting speed, limiting miles and not getting you back for home time is why I left. 8 days past requested and approved home time is not what I call a good company to work for. Calling SEM and waiting up to 3 hours for a response is not acceptable. Waiting 3 hours to get lumpers paid isn’t acceptable either. I got to the point where I wouldn’t do a live unload after 13:00 because it would mean that my DOT clock would run out before I got to a “safe and legal” place to park. Get trained, stick it out 1 year and leave!
