Cons
Everything

Poor operations. Deceptive business practices. The gambit is the overselling the weekly compensation. Mathematically…it is practical. Yet, they lack the streamlined efficiency and effective execution for this 1099 earning projections to be a reality. In addition, upon arrival to site, you are blind sided with paperwork that is akin to an owner operator. This is the con! The compromised circumstances …due to travel, distance, inability to immediately explore other options….subject you to be inclined. BEWARE! This company and its affiliates/subsidiaries (AMA Group, PIVO, GTR, Voxser, HazTrans) out of Illinois is SUSPECT. Deplorable business ethics. Read the room. There are clear red flags. Do not let the potential, prospective earnings distract you from the clear indications of everything questionable.

Pros
Zero. Not one driver appears pleased or content.
Cons
Compensation/Pay, administrative conduct, there is no concrete understanding or execution of how to effectively use the driver’s HOS cohesively with customer accommodation and fulfillment…thus … preventing driver burnout.

Over 10 years industry experience and chose company based upon proximity and anticipated home time. Poor dispatching. Like most carriers, the ‘driver is valuable to us’ mantra is just rhetoric/smoke & mirrors for investors, shareholders, and/or Federal/Insurance audit. Interaction and assessment of dispatcher, account manager, and supervisor reveal severe lack in industry acumen, professional ethics, and integrity.
