It’s a good company to work for until your fleet manager is giving you unreal expectations for a load delivery and telling you to hurry up. Such as, you get dispatched a job that has a pickup appointment for 2 hours but it’s going to take you 2 hours and 45 minutes to get there. I can only go 65 so I can only do so much. Then on the other hand you have safety micromanaging every single thing you do.
