Pros
Still small enough they know your name, good well taken care of equipment, home time, great place to start a career in trucking
Cons
A little low on pay scale, benefits are high

I've been at this company for twelve years. They do have good equipment and take really good care of it. They have around nine hundred driver's now but they still know you by name. Dispatchers are decent and easy to get along with. It's mostly automotive freight and they do run reefer trailers as well most of the reefs go to the east coast. Average twenty-five hundred miles a week. Most runs are out and back. The longest your out is five days. Pay wise dry van tops out at 39 cents and they pay 44 cents for reefer loads. Hourly pay is 17.25 and with bonus 19.00 an hour benefits are high around 150.00 a week for a family. I guess if you're starting out its a good place to start they do have a training program. If your an experienced driver probably not the place for you.
