Pros
Good miles, operate legally/safety is 1st,
Cons
Put APUs on trucks so we don't have to idle illegally in many states

Put more training into the night and weekend dispatchers, planners. Put APUs in trucks to avoid illegally idling/fines. The artic package in an apu works best, and you won't have to have batteries that die and hard starts in northern climates during home time especially.

Pros
There's a few left
Cons
It's become a crap shoot Heartless Express Company.

Been here many years. President will be gone come July 15, 2023 No APUs in trucks Started putting Fridges in trucks, now under Heartless Express no more and really stripped down newer trucks, not even a sleeper curtain divider..think cheap Low miles, several inexperienced dispatchers coming onboard. No more 24/7 Shop tech.hrs, shop closed Sunday, week day eliminated 3rd shift. Again Heartless Express at work behind scenes. Reduced amounts of coolant n washer fluid at shop terminals..2 gal before now 1 gal. and at Heartless Express terminals some won't give you any coolant, also bring your own jug for them to refill. They only have green coolant. They've lost some accounts, gained a few but competition has eaten into some accounts. Long tenure drivers have jumped ship, and it shows for a reason. This is NOT the same CFI from even a few yrs back, it's CFI in name only. Think before you even consider coming here. Heartless Express is ruining the company, as we know it's all about their dam money. Go elsewheres!!

Pros
Hometime and several terminals to park. Pay for parking when needed.
Cons
Lots of cons including low miles, bad trailer pickups,

Low weekly miles, other drivers drop off bad trailers and the majority don't report them to road service so you get many many bad trailers when your dropping/hooking and if loaded it has to get repaired and you sit wait and possibly get it relayed which you lose money on. Nights and weekends dispatch are nearly useless and hard to get a hold of, use the ELD OMNI is best way but you still may wait an hour or more to get an answer Pay is below average capped at .56 com for experienced drivers. Owned by Heartland Express which does very little for driver pay, benefits, etc, another words think cheap. Use to get long mile runs across the country mixed in with 600 plus mile runs, since owned by them that goes to others and some teams. Solo get crap for miles. Flt.mgr is descent. Hometime is okay. They'll get equipment repaired, but nothing is done to correct the continuous bad trailers you may hook to from other drivers.
