- Pay and benefits are good. generous vacation packages compared to other LTL carriers.

- No OT pay. Pay is a bit higher than everywhere else but it is all straight pay. Management and dispatch were not helpful at all. They seemed to be too focused on going after drivers not working hard enough than to be helpful to the drivers that needed help while on a route.
Worked there for six weeks and it was ok at best. Benefits were great but the support from management and dispatch were non existent. Any time I found myself needing additional help or information, they would be less than helpful.
