As an O/O leased to UPT for nearly 15 yrs, I have to say that this company is less of a great place to work than it used to be. As time has moved on, I am constantly reminded that there is a certain elite group of management & administrators that will simply say or do anything to get the drivers off the phone or out of their office. Certain individuals seem to be immune from scrutiny of their performance simply because they're related to the owner. And, that attitude has bled over into the driver ranks, allowing certain drivers to conduct themselves as if the company exists to provide them with a great income. Favoritism is what I'm referring to. Bottom line: I'll stick it out until I can retire... 3 more years.
