- Good pay, honest dispatchers, great benefits. Very little to complain about working for them.

- None really. As long as a Driver understands that dispatch doesn't and can't know everything about you, the truck or load you can always work out any problem with them.
Dispatch is spot-on. No forced dispatch and their philosophy is Driver first. Equipment is newer, paid miles around 2500 + all depending on the driver and how much he/she wants to work. Sirius/XM in every truck.
