Have any of you ever dealt with that company?? We are having so many problems with them. Please if you have done business with them and had had a bad experience, post here. I would love to know what happened and how it was solved.

Any time & any company that Advertise their Product as a problem solver you can bet you money they are going to rob you blind.They don't see it as hwy robbery because in today's world they call that Fees.

You are so right! Thanks. You never ever see those reserves they take out. They would lie just to have you on board, after that you're on your own!

 

I have not dealt with them, but an owner I know had one of his trucks repoed while it was in the shop, do to some of their practices. I have not heard anything good about them.

 

wow, that's awful. Thank you and I hope we can get rid of them soon because I cannot take it much longer. They are rude and just don't care from managers to staff.

I think these are the same guys that used to own Birddog carrier servicers. They sold out to Foley then started what they are now. If they are, I went through the same thing you are going thru. My current factor bought my contract from them but not the terms. I am completely satisfied with my current factor and have had no problems.

 

I will not tender loads to any carrier that uses them to factor invoices if that tells you anything.

Foley Carrier/Bird dog is another one that is getting that way.
