You probably think you are getting ganged up on. That is not my intention. It's just important to realize what it "really" takes to be successful in this business. Don't overlook any of the costs. Don't be a here today gone tomorrow driver. There have been too many of those. Be smart, be informed, protect yourself and your family.

Insurance ... Yes Cant complain about the insurance , It's cheaper than my Auto runs me a month LOL. "Great American with Contents Coverage as well.... And I know this is not Trucking Liability quoted to me , it's bobtail, normal coverage.

Plate , IRP , IFTA, ...Yes
Worker Comp .... Nope, Looking into this further.
    Fed 2290 .... Yes
Yes I have all of the info .....
I have been driving over 10 Years you don't think I know to check and rate/quote these things...
Thanks for looking out for me though... I would rather try and fail , than to fail by not not trying.... I have a good CFO ... She will keep things on a tight leash , and by that I mean Keep me within our means on on a tight budget.

We would be more than happy with $168,000 .... They way we have our numbers right now at the low end $125,000 , High end $175,000 so anywhere in the middle of that is fine with me . I was reading your post , when you were first looking at your pete a while back . You did good , even if you have to fix a few small things on it. That's one sharp truck you have there. Glad to see you got it. :biggrin_25519:
On the other hand it seems to me some people cant separate business expense from personal expense. The company will get paid first guys, there wont be any $1,200 figured in my bottom line for computer services LOL. Or cell phone service LOL Part of your cell bill sure, but not all of it. That's a personal expense not a business expense. You don't pay your car payment or house payment out of the business account ,LOL . This will be a stand alone company that pays for itself first , then pays the driver "Me" . The mortgage will be paid the same way it is now. Car payment , come on... WTH are you thinking .. I drive a 1986 Jeep Comanchee pickup No way will I ever count on the company to pay a car loan LOL to funny . Auto Insurance again , not a company expense ... Just goes to show why some people cant make it trying to live high in the hog pen. That cell phone crap is way high More like $800 a year.. There are plenty of things that can be done without .... Use a Map...Oh maybe that's just old school . Well then use your cell phone GPS and a map . Still only $60/$75 max a month for national plan. Maybe i am just to #### cheap??? We are not looking to make millions or have high expectations . Logical B/P's will work not these far fetched I want all of my bills paid out of the business account crap. Thanks for all the info , the good stuff and the regular I'm a trucker and I talk and tell stories like one too stuff . It makes for good reading and is very comical at most.
