I'm not so sure this was a lie. I have been reading some reports that this virus has been watched since December. Also, there is some thought that it might have been even earlier than that.
I'm stocking up on wet cat food. I figure I can survive off that if TSHTF or give it to @Dave_in_AZ for the OM if it all works out. lol (best stock up on olives, too)
Have some patience. There aren't many of us and sometimes it takes awhile to get everything taken care of.
I've wiped my hands on everything and everyone I could think of and come in contact with. These trips are just over 6000 miles total. Like 14 or so states, maybe more, coast to coast and then some. My final destination is Central Point Oregon at which time I will thoroughly pet the cat, then brush it, and sprinkle all the cat hair to the wind.
Have you all forgotten about the other myriad media-induced hysterias???? SARS, MIRS, bird flu, swine flu, H1N1, heterosexual AIDS, ebola, and now the SCARY coronavirus!!! Honorable mention: the coming ice age, Y2K, second-hand smoke, glyphosate, cholesterol, coffee, and butter. The coronavirus is no more deadly than the normal, run-of-the-mill flu. This is media terrorism. 3750 people on a highly infected ship. 750 get the virus. 6 die. All deceased over the age of 70. I wish they'd give each new, yearly strain of influenza a unique name. Then the entire planet would shut down and get in the fetal position. Deaths in the U.S. each year from the flu: 20,000-40,000. Deaths in the U.S. from the coronavirus: 8 +/- This is ridiculous!
