    The weather in FL isent to bad. better bring heavy jackets were having a cold front by fri. low 60s im checking my heater today.LOL

    Well, hubby got backed into last night. :biggrin_25524:This time its pretty bad. :biggrin_2553: So far the damage is the NEW hood, the new steer tire, the intercooler, the new grill, possibly the new radiator, the bumper and the side skirting. Happened at 11:30 last night, he's still assessing the damage. I might be making a trip to MN to pick him up. :biggrin_25511:

    Dang, hope everything turns out all right... that's the pits to have that happen. That's a lot of damage from being backed into.

    Thanks WH. He's looked her over pretty good, pulled the bumper out of the steer tire, and is going to limp her home. He doesn't want to leave his baby up north to get repaired. So I guess, he's going to roll with it.

    Insurance company was a peach to work with. Wanted to know if he needed a tow to a shop? Whatever accommodations he needed, seems they were willing to handle it. Lets hope the down time isn't too long on the repairs for this one. :biggrin_25511:

    Don't blame him. I would rather bring the truck home too if possible. At least someone you know would be working on it.

    Yes, that seems to happen a lot in trucking. Get really busy and you break down. Never seems to happen when you have the time to fix it. Then you have brokers or dispatchers on your butt as to why you can't haul their loads.

    Your problem would be more frustrating since you did nothing wrong...just got backed into.
