The over gross is a problem.. we need to know where the axles are on the rear and where if anywhere they can slide FORWARD.. Sliding 1300 pounds off will take sliding forward around 5-6 "holes". 250 - 300 pounds per "hole". Sliding the fifth wheel forward ONE slot will put a lot of weight forward, but if you have the room to slide the tandems, you can take weight off the front by sliding the tandems further foward The only thing you can do without removing product is removing something like fuel.. also not real possible. Fuel is pretty heavy..

I wouldn't want to move any more weight forward as that steer axle is almost maxed out already. Your real problem is the 680lbs over max. You need to lighten the load by 700lbs. Simple as that.

Pull 700 lbs worth of product off the back and roll with it.

You’ll be a a few hundred lbs over on the trailer axles, but nobody will kick up a fuss over that.

Where's the next scale and how much fuel do you have, if you can stand to lose 100 gallons of fuel, also does the truck have a working apu.?

Take it back to the shipper and bill the customer. Don't risk it. It's not worth it.

Are you running through any kingpin states?

If not. Slide the trailer back. Put weight on drives. Slide 5th wheel forward. Put 13k on steers.

Hopefully you got full tanks. The fuel will burn off 600 lbs. Off the steers and drives.

Hopefully you got 13k steers or Hopefully you don't get inspected if you don't have 13 steers.

If you're running kingpin states. Then take a pallet off the back. Or two.
