I’m seeing Heniff has more flammable loads than I saw with superior. Also more in-transit heat loads. So probably going to hurt you a little not having a pump. I used my pump only once the year I was a company driver. Heniff I have used it maybe 30% of my loads. I just installed a new Hydrochem in December, but I’m not doing in-transit with my radiator.

Anyone knows who the manager is at the Moss Point facility?

Heads up, I'm hearing that toll roads cards aren't working. Been saying low balance over the last several days, and aren't working this morning.... be prepared to pay yourself or take a different route, hopefully this problem is solved ASAP

The entire time I’ve worked for Superior (and now Heniff) as company driver, and IC I’ve never gotten any kind of warning. I have a squeaky clean record. Now in the last two weeks I’ve received three emails about speeding. Going anywhere between one to four miles an hour over 70! All from my terminal manager who I’ve never had the first issue with. Is this micromanaging normal for Heniff? They said they were getting heat from Saftey about the company speed limit of 70. This is going to get old quick!

I’ve heard that heniff is kind of sensitive about going above that corporate speed limit of 70, of course I’m a company driver, so the only time my truck will see 70 is if I’m loaded going down a good hill
I talked to an I/C out of Pasadena Tx a couple weeks ago and he said that our terminal manager called him into the office and told him about driving above 70 MPH and he pretty much told them as long as he is not breaking any law pertaining to the speed limit, and he is operating safely, they can take that corporate speed limit and shove it. Don’t know how well that went over with the TM, but I saw that I/C a couple days ago and he is still rolling.Northern Nomad Thanks this. -
I would imagine they are gonna loose several IC’s if they don’t start incorporating common sense into this policy. I’m going through Arizona now, speed limit is 75. Every little draw I gain 2-3 mph. I’m supposed to watch my speedo like a hawk and wear out my breaks to keep it at or under 70?? F*** that! It seems like a small thing, but actually makes a pretty stress free drive into a slightly nerve racking one.

I remember them saying something about absolutely not going over 72 back in July when we had that Peoplenet/spycam training. I'm surprised Heniff took time out of their busy schedule of not paying people properly to micromanage you.
