I mentioned a bad day (which ended a not-so-great week, but that's another story entirely, and partly of my own making). You take that and turn it into an indictment of an entire industry, and of a company where I have already made more YTD than I did in any year when I worked as the #2 IT man at a medium-sized engineering company in Atlanta, and am far happier with my lifestyle to boot.
FTR, I did get a load offer, and it's loaded and ready - I'm just waiting for the end of my 34-hour restart to go a mile down the street and pick it up. 1100 miles to a suburb of Minneapolis. Delivery 0700 Wednesday. Pretty nice for a load out of PA.
The problem is the state of Pennsylvania and the fact that I delivered in PA on a Saturday evening. Everywhere else I stay moving.
Thanks for your usual spewage, but I really have no interest in anything you have to say on any subject.
Staff: Is there a way I can filter out posts so I don't have to see posts made by a certain user? Like a killfile in newsgroups?evertruckerr and The Stump Guy Thank this. -

Do any of you guys with prostars use the aux audio input? I recently tried using mine to connect my satellite radio, but i can't find the function on the prostar radio to switch to the input channel. I've searched here, read the owners manual, and searched the web. I'm stumped.

aux input only works with mp3 and other audio. My satellite will not work with that input either
Elusive Thanks this. -
Crete driver, PA does suck for freight this month. A stevens driver setting in Allentown PA after delivery a baby load to US Foods. Next load, tomorrow picks up at 1700. Even the candy market is slow!!!!

Hey,
Thought I'd stop by and see what's hapnin'
I've had a tough time getting online of late. I downloaded a new software program for my blackberry a while back and it seems to have done and ugly number on my computer.
I can't seem to get the dumb thing back to speed and the stupid thing freezes up on me constantly and there have been times where it takes me 30 minutes just to get online long enough to take care of some Transflows. I'm amazed I was able to keep it working long enough to make it to the thread. I'm on my way to Phoenix for my Christmas Vacation and will get it straightened out, I hope!
That and the fact that I've been incredibly busy for the last three weeks. With the exception of a day or two of down waiting to deliver a load I've had plenty of miles to occupy my time. The most recent numbers have been 2600+ miles, 3700+, 3300 and I'm now on a 1800 mi 2 run load back to the house. HO! HO! HO! The only hang up in that plan is that I have to spend a day in KC waiting for my next load. I contacted dispatch and let them know I was willing to help out with some shag work tomorrow and they were more than happy to oblige. It's better than sitting around with nothing to do.
