I hardly ever use it but did a load and am trying to do the invoice details. When I save it shows an Internal Server Error. Anyone else have this happen recently?

You are invoicing through Triumphpay? I've never done that. All the brokers I'm set up on Triumphpay with I just invoice (the broker) as usual and they process it through Triumphpay.

I have used it like 3 times. This broker uses them so I was trying to do it online. I got the App to work just a second ago. Seems to be a easy process and only takes a couple seconds to do. If it wasnt 2 percent I would be happy. Oh well that is why I charge extra for the load.

Follow the method in the Carrier Packet. Forget about TriumphPay. Having them in the middle will screw you. Deal directly with the brokerages AP department at all times.

    Siinman Thanks this.

I disagree. Triumphpay is another middle man, which I hate, but Triumphpay is fast and reliable and has gotten me much lower percentages on QP than a lot of brokers AP departments that I used before. Anyway, you don't have much choice with a lot of them. Many are moving to Triumphpay or nothing.

@Siiman, 2% is a good deal IMO. I don't use any QP's that are over 3, with those I just wait out standard pay, but 3 or less is good IMO. Of course you negotiate that in but I always negotiate stuff like that in for every load.

Wait until you have to track down a late invoice. You’ll be singing a different tune. Also, when you have to file a claim on a bond you won't be happy with the results of having a company in the middle that isn't covered. I deal with a few brokers that use TriumphPay but it's not my concern. I'm contracted with the brokerages, not TP. It's spelled out as clear as day in the Agreements I have with said brokerages.

Late invoice, no problem. Had it happen, reinvoiced and paid immediately. I've never not been paid. All my tunes are happy tunes. Getting paid in this industry is quite simple. Those who can't seem to figure out how to get paid (not meaning you) shouldn't be in this kind of business to start with.

Also, Triumphpay is huge and growing daily. I probably have 20+ brokerages using it, some very big 3pl's. I don't consider them a 'company in the middle' that worries me.

Filing a claim on a bond is typically a situation that applies to my statement above. Never needed to. Surely the day will come. I never have more than a grand or two out with the same broker. Not worried.

I see you're ok with giving your time away for free. I bet you don't have an Accessorial Policy either. Regularly getting ripped off on detention and TONU. Aren't you the one who's always bragging about other scumbag online type brokerages like Uber etc etc?

Carriers shouldn't have to reninvoice at all. TP is nothing but a payment processor. They aren't an AP department of the brokerages you're contracted with and they aren't covered by their bonds. In fact, you even waive any rights to go after a bond once you accept to be paid via TP. That's suicidal business practice and it's killing all the protections put in place for Interstate Motor Carriers by the Feds.

Calling them about a late invoice is flat out retarded. The brokerage's AP department is who's legally liable for your invitation payment, not TP. The fact that you can’t float 30 days and are begging them for a QP is quite scary. Paying a fee to be paid on time is pathetic. Back the ignore list you go, my friend. I'm tired of your endless debates. Have a good day!

Look dude, you need pay close attention if you're going to call me out. I am NOT one who has ever said anything about Uber, I am set up with them, ran maybe a load or two when they were new. None since. Same for Convoy. I don't like automated brokerages.

Since you have all the answers for MY company, why don't you just come run it for me so I can go to the beach?

Aren't you the one who's always going on and on about the whole system of government and capitalism collapsing? Perhaps it is you who needs to reassess.

I always negotiate and receive TONU and detention as needed. Not one TONU needed in the last year or so and detention twice I think.

I have had to reinvoice a broker once in the last year or so and I don't have any recollection if it was associated with Triumphpay or not, but it was paid quickly.

When did I say I've specifically called anyone about an invoice? I have never called, or needed to call, Triumphpay. I have called many broker AP departments to work out slow pays or missed pays, as we all have. I'm sure you are different though and it never happens to you since you have all the answers.

Lastly, and you can bet your argumentative ### I won't be giving any more time away for free to you, I can float a year or more if I need to. I use Quickpay for convenience with only low percentages, which I negotiate in the rate from the start. I do as many on ACH as possible so I am paid as quickly as possible. You probably disagree with that too as far as your head is buried up your ###. I'd say I run about 50/50 QP and standard free pay. I don't like to wait around on our arcane postal service though so I try to get paid however is quickest.

Next you're going to probably go on and on about how ACH is a bad idea and I'm gonna get ripped off. Well, I just invoiced my 480th customer. Hasn't happened yet. When it does I'll deal with it, you know, giving away my time for free as you put it. It's called running a business.
