@Moose1958 is Keri's ex an attorney? You said that his "partner" and his partners wife are involved with this BS stocking. So being noisy, was wanting to know if they are lawyers. I talked briefly with my bride (who is an attorney not in Virginia) this morning about this to get a quick opinion from her about it. Because, if these ### hats are attorneys the TRO hearing on Monday is going to be interesting.

 

Yes, in fact, all three of them are. I am hearing conflicting information about her Ex's bar card. Right now there is an active complaint filed against her ex with the Virginia Bar. But, at this point, I don't know if domestic battery is enough to get it yanked. Those other two are on video driving very close to where Keri was standing. I feel so dang bad about last night. I have been a member of this forum now for almost 11 years. I have always tried to convey being strong and a take-charge guy. Between my M.I.s and this crap, I am almost about to collapse. This is why there is another person here. What I went and did was develop papa bear feelings for her and it's killing me I can't protect her.

 

@Moose1958 I can't speculate for what would happen in your state. However, if these three ### Hats were in Texas they would be headed for jail if there is a Protective Order in force for the Ex and all three would have to bond out. If it is a TRO Temporary Restraining Order it is bad just not as bad as the breaking the Protective Order.

Long story short Moose1958 you're a mensch for getting involved and helping Keri out.
