I am buying a KW T660. It comes with Paccar engine and i am curious about the fuel mileage. This truck is well maintained and the body is nice. I have not drive it but i am making my decision based on outside noise and fuel mileage. Please help me get a better understanding of the fuel if you have experienced this ride. Thank you!

"This truck is well maintained..." How do you know this? Are there maintenance records? I would have a shop inspect the truck before buying.

It will get GREAT mileage. It will spend so much time in the shop and on a hook that fuel will be the very least of your issues. Trust me i own one and can regail you with i think....40 pages of issues now? Literally almost any other engine would be better.

Just dont do it. Also any dealer pushing the "its in good well maintaind condition" is being about as honest as your average politician. Especially if its MHC selling you that kenny.

I was trying to find a good i have been summoned meme but failed because no coffee. Consider this your meme lol.

A truck is a tool. Nothing more. You need to get a dyno with blow by check ran on the truck. And an ECM dump. Check RigDig. And find a good mechanic you can trust to go over the whole truck with a critical eye. Sure it will cost you some money, but could save you many thousands later.
