I know exactly how you do it. By braking and disregarding every existing regulation rule. And you are a proud criminal doing it. We have another trucking hero out there.
I hope you don't hurt anyone else before you diminish.Another Canadian driver, Rideandrepair, Siinman and 1 other person Thank this. -

Well first of all .. i don't believe in following DOT rules bec shippers and receivers don't respect our time and for me to sit there everyday and burn my hours its kind of dumb .. My PSP And MVR is one of the cleanliest you will ever see.. i have over 22 inspections in 7 years all clean thats how i get my 1000$ bonus for any clean Lvl 1 and i have a couple of those and 500 lvl 2 i have plenty.. but again beauty if night driving they are almost all closed.
i have zero accidents and zero tickets .. so bec i choose my own schedule and sleep when i feel i need to not when im told and i drive when im awake and ready makes me harm in the road than be it ..
and i still don't work as hard as everyone believes to be thats why i choose night time .. the only difference is i work 7 days a week and don't do reset and i drive 10-12 hours a day unless i have a team load then i might go over board to 14-15 hours with mini naps and sleeps when i'm tired .. i will never put myself in harm ways (no load is more important than my life or others) but working smart and making more money than most drivers is why i consider myself one of the best .. so cheers to that .. i really heard it all but the facts still stand.. if i was danger then it would have shown in all my years of driving ..
and for the people freaking out yes 5000 miles is nothing if you only doing on avg 700 a day x7 thats 4900 .. again i don't always drive the 700 and i don't do the 5000 .. some weeks fall in the 4000-3800 some weeks in 5000 or more i don't count i just work and thats it.. my highest week once was 6870 But that was very exceptional and i don't think i will ever do it again.
i have seen so many drivers that came and gone and i see my mangers freaking out that these kids are getting tired after 400 miles and stopping every hour or 2 for a drink or piss no wonder why they cry end of the week .. hahah
it takes discipline and hard work to achieve what you need.
cheers all and happy Sunday.chevyryder86 and Another Canadian driver Thank this. -

oh don't worry about that .. i see my checking account every week so i don't feel any pain ..
you guys have it easy i used to frac before driving over the road you guys think driving trucks is hard sitting on your ### all day listing to music and podcasts and ofcourse these kids that have ipad and tablets in there face watching movies (talk about stupidity) ..
we used to do 112-125 hours a week of work when fracing and worse in rigging thats for 2 weeks straight and hey we aren't in a truck sitting in the AC listing to music and sitting on a comfy chair.
we are in the middle of the desert rain or shine or snow standing there working ur butt off everyday with FR clothing..
