Lemon law does not apply to big trucks. You probably did not check that truck out properly - have dyno run with blow by test, oil analysis on all fluids, ECM dump and then have a good mechanic go over it with a critical eye.
Your only recourse, if you even have a recourse, would be to sue the seller.

Thank you sir, but i checked out the truck before i BOUGHT IT BUT there is not how to know if the DEF system was gonna have problem after some less than 200miles.

So sadly you bought it you own it especially when sold AS-IS Best thing to do is either find a way to fix it if you can. And if you cant auction it for as much as you can. There is also the un mentionable third option but if you do that then good luck ever tradeing, selling or taking that truck anywhere that checks.

Out of curiosity was it MHC kenworth that sold you that truck? And im guessing the paccar PoS engine as well?

Is Cummins and the DEF is the problem and the seller and the Warranty are paying the bill for repairs.

No it has Cummins and have a warranty and run 448,000 miles. They can get the Level 1 Engine Derate Code of even after replacing the Filter.

Pittsburgh Power claims to fix the emissions stuff dealers can't. It all legal they have lots of experience in fixing emissions. Only problem is they are up by Pittsburgh PA. They have podcast people call in and they try to help fix truck on phone or tell people what to check for.

This is a shops in Dallas Texas. I just watch some of their videos. They seem to know a lot about emissions also. Don't know if they do warranty work since it's independent shop.
