Yup, it's a freightliner issue with the software, mine did the same when it was set at 68 I used to get passed by company KW'S and Pets's now that it's set at 70 it actually does 70

Tires. On a new set the speedo will show you're going slower than your GPS says, a worn out set will show faster than the GPS. Every truck I've driven has been like that

I'd guesstimate mine are roughly at half life. Definitely not new but nowhere near bare tread either. I'm not a tire expert though, especially on large trucks. I just know how to tell when one is bad. 20230605_131316.jpg

Nope, mine did it from day one when it was new, worn tires or new tires made no difference, the speedometer would say 68, cruise setting would say 69, GPS and construction roadside radar signs would say 67, and our company KW's would pass me because they actually do 68. It's something in the settings with the freightliners at FCC. They don't like 68 I guess lol now that's its set at 70, everything says 70. Weird

That would explain why it takes longer than it probably should to pass the likes of Wally World, Schneider, FedEx, and others that run 65.

Taking a 34 in KCMO, just checked into the casino for the night. Going downstairs later to get some grub, have a few adult sodas, and see how fast I can blow $50 on the slots.

After the resets up I will grab a trailer at the ACT yard going back down to Columbia, Sc.

I'm taking my 34 in Mt. Vernon, IL. I'm too cheap to check into casinos and hotels, so the Love's laundry room will be my dose of fun for the day. :biggrin_25523:
