I think this fits well with some of the discussion on WIIS. The town where dad’s shop is put this sign up last fall, I couldn’t believe it, but I laugh when I see it!!! I had already worked that out on my fingers!

Couple of Pork shoulder that has been on the smoker for 12 hours and getting ready to pull and wrap them and increase the temp to 210 for another 5 or so hours. God do I love this pellet smoker.
