My first time......

I was gonna post a quick LDS joke, but don't want to anger our LDS friends...

No matter whatever faults there are in the area, the folks were incredibly friendly. I couldn't work in my yard or on my Jeep without someone offering a hand. A real sense of community there. However, I will admit the church was a bit intrusive.

All told, I truly enjoyed the Ogden area.

 

I am LDS by upbrining, and i've spent my whole life in or around the military. You'd be amazed how many of us DON'T wanna go there.

If they get angry over a joke, then I would say it was THEIR problem, not yours.

I know two people who were raised LDS in other areas. They both became totally disenchanted with Mormonism after moving to Utah.

 

I would love to hear it, just don't want to hear any jokes about John Travolta's religion!

 

since when is scientolgy(sp) a relegion? I think it's just a over talked about cult.

 

I was in the town where their headquarters was in Florida. People walking around in sailor uniforms.
