"[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans serif] Neither the FAA or the DOT publish an official list of approved drugs. The following list of medications was compiled primarily to assist pilots however drivers and physicians may also find this list useful."

90% of that is for pilots, I didnt see any that were not in compliance with DOT. They all said "not approved by FAA" witch is good cause I dont want to be a pilot. XD

I think that that OP gets the point. We do not want to close this thread again, but if we do, infractions will follow. Too many bickering posts degrades the topic and the conversation.

You HAD to sign a paper?

My guess is you sealed your fate by signing that.

I read everything I sign, and I don't sign a #### thing unless it is beneficial to me.

Don't know what it was the OP signed, but my guess is that it wasn't going to be of any benefit to him. I sure hope he READ it...otherwise, he may have authorized Swift to disclose his "mistake" to DAC....or to anyone else who happens to contact them to "verify" employment....and if it is on his DAC, he may run into further "omittance issues" if he fails to include them as a "previous employer"....and they have the signed statement to prove you were there.

Proper response would be "stick it up your ###" and walk out...you've got to pay your own way home anyway, and that bridge has ALREADY been burned, since they told you that you are never going to be allowed to work there ever again, so what do you have to lose? I know everyone has times in their life where they WISH they could say "take this job and SHOVE IT"...but few are presented the opportunity to actually do just that.

I always tell people that head out to these classes to always carry MAD money.
You always need enough money on you, so that you could get home from any point in the USA.

I know this from going rounds with a trainer back in 90 and then leaving his rig.
I was in Detroit MI at some dumpy truck stop but I had enough cash with me to rent a car and head home...

That's a must before you head anywhere. If you don't have the money for this, then DONT HEAD OUT until you do...
