MD, Dual antennas are harder to tune. And you still may not get what you think you'll gain with them.

Don't know much about the cb talk, but I'll vouch for Sparky, we use to work together when he moved to Westville. Great guy! Good luck finding parking if your taking the big truck there.

29 w/ RFX 75 is ordered... What would be a good cheap antenna. Not sure my cheap roadpro will handle it.

I wouldn't go "cheap" on your antenna. It's what will make or break the radio. Same for the coax. Get the best you can. I like Wilson whip style antennas. For coax, I like LMR-240UF.

    I second this!!!

Your buying a nice "Top of the Line" Cobra radio with that RFX 75 on the back...Don't wimp-out on the antenna or you'll be disappointed in the performance...

I would also say, "stay with just one antenna" unless you know someone who has the time, and knows what they are doing to do a Co-Phase set-up...

You can spend $500 on a radio, but put a cheap poorly tuned antenna on it, and you may as well just have a cheap little Cobra 19 because you will be defeating the purpose of Up-Grading going "cheap" on the antenna system....

Weird that they have a retail store but there's no trace of an address on the site.

Probably don't want the FCC knocking on their door, Or just dropping by to say "HI"...

Huh, that link isn't even on the site map. They don't do stuff like on site installation though, do they? It looks like they're really busy.
