A lot of people take resistance bands and like stuff to save space in the truck. Finding gyms of the road can be difficult, so if you can be "creative" with getting your workouts that would be best.
poke around some in the driver health area, and you'll find Q's & A's on others workout rountines.

Some of the TAs have some kind of workout room now.

No way you're pulling the truck up to 24 hour fitness. Not.happening.

ya the TAs and Petros have a small workout room for points per hour. I carry resistance bands with me and walk at the truck stops when I have downtime and fair weather. If you really want to take it further go to big 5 or something and get some actual hex dumbells to carry in the truck. you can hit most muscle groups with that then do pushups and crunches on the bunk. But going from some hardcore bodybuilding in my 20s to 39 and fat with 15 years of trucking under my gut, I realize that if I wanted to stay in shape that bad I should have chosen a different career. Trucking and being in shape will always be a struggle.

They are located in places that are impossible to get a truck through. I love to workout too but out on the road it just won't happen unless you just jog at a truck stop. I have a pair of dumbells that I bring with me and try to workout during my hometime. I also have a resistance band but man I am always afraid it will snap and slap the hell out of my face, possibly leaving a permanent scar. I wish that Pilots and Flying Js had workout rooms or that my company accepted Fuel at TA and Petro, that way I can get a good sweat going and then take a shower.

Actually Ta/Petro does not charge points per hour. I use them all the time for free. I have Anytime fitness account and I have come across several in large shopping centers like where you find a walmart. I have access to all gyms and a locator on my phone so i can call ahead and see if they got room from my truck/trailer.
