Agree what I find funny and not for Company was a friend that was serviced at Richfield Term. They replaced part of exhaust and left wrap on part that said remove and truck shut down in NY. Because of that the warranty on truck now void.

 

Well i had to call Kenworth because they dont ever update you on anything. They tried to use some stall tactics on me that i used to use when i was a service manager at an auto shop. Which really means they havent even looked at the truck. They said they ordered a wiring harness (only because Craig told them that we have seen that as a problem with the T700s). So i had them log me off the qualcomm because Brad wants me to run a Day cab the next couple days. I agreed because i aint making anything just sitting at home. i am gonna get a ride down to trenton tomorrow and stop by Kenworth on the way so i can get a couple things and make sure they logged me off that truck. so i hope they get me fixed soon.

 

Were happy with Millis and there not happy with KW. Found out at dealer if anyone wonder why issues with front axial because Paccar put same on Peter and know issues but no fix. When does it end? New truck and they replace hubs and drums at 40k starting to wonder.

 

Just a small group here but add in rest of company how many trucks at dealer or down each day.

 

There were 3 of us in Oak Creek yesterday. 2 of them left now I'm still here with 2 others that came in today. So that's 5 in oak creek in 2 days.

 

I hope I NEVER have to take my truck to Oak Creek. They are a bunch of incompetent knuckleheads. When I was with my trainer it took five trips to them to get the blower motor and the ac fixed. After the 4th trip David Millis got involved and suddenly they found he problem and fixed the truck. SMH

 

iagree oak creek is KW is abt as useless as oh never mind I would probably get sensered for what I was abt to put on here so I,ll just go with worseless

 

So I was at Wayne Madison to pickup and saw two loads on our trailers bound for Canada. We hauling into Canada now or wondering if that was a mistake on Miller's part.

 

Sorry I type bad sit in the dark because low voltage wont allow lights on which according to KW is to much drain without truck running.

 

Oak Creek lucky to know where a wiper is let alone fix it. Always same no issue and have a stack of yellow warranty work sheets for what?
