After 6 years driving you don't know how much stopping distance you need when empty?.. you did this your self not the CSA system and far as I know they can't write 3 tickets for one light..

Nope he would not make the grade. Jeepney driver are a bit more skillful. 10 months in the PI only seen 1 accident and it was barely a bump
