Running with JCT, Part Deux

Smells like squid in here.

 

You have factory shocks on it like mine? I'm pretty sure mine are soon done. 412k+ miles of constant abuse and all. Here is something fun: Talked to some folks over at Rush truck centers in Charlotte while I was delivering up the road last Friday. They said that they are supposed to be servicing Dynasis APU's, and have the filters, etc, but Dynasis has not yet come out to train them. Told them that what it needs is right on the panel: oil, filter, check belts and one other part. They said bring it in because there was at least one guy there who had worked on them before. Was going to go Friday, but Food Lion took their good-xxx time unloading me. By the time I dropped the trailer at TK, it was after 16:00.

So, I call Rush this morning to see if they can sneak me in for a quick PM.... nobody has any clue what I'm talking about. Don't even know what a Dynasis is, and tell me they can't service it. Not sure where I got the info that Rush does Dynasis service. Now, I'm pissed. Of course, nobody at Dynasis wants to answer the phone.

 

Shocks should be changed around 150k -200k if I remember correctly.

Talked to Rush Peterbilt in Dallas, they said all Rush locations are to work on Dynasis APus .
The catch is Dynasis has yet to train, etc any of the Rush people. Go figure...

 

Check their website. It shows more service locations than just Rush.

 

Yep, but nothing listed in Charlotte other than Rush for sales of them.... which Im sure they will also deny. No biggie, I think the Rush in Tulsa does it...without playing dumb. Will try to get there soon. Worst case Ill just get the oil and filters and do it myself, then reset the panel.
