Yup. You might be able to into this business with "no down and no credit check," but staying in this business isn't as easy. It is not cheap and it's not for the faint of heart or those who can't manage money.

I already significantly exceeded my annual idling budget after 3 separate failed nights of running & subsequent repairs, so I got fed up with it and still haven't even pulled the cover to see what went wrong last time (in July).
I'm sure I'd use it often as a luxury if I had it working and I will give it another shot before spring & warmer weather, but I just don't see it as a money saver for my operation. I may wind up removing it altogether because its just been an expensive 400lbs of ballast so far... -
That's what I did with my pro heat. It was an ill maintained 500 lbs of deadweight constantly breaking down so off to the side it went.
csmith1281 and double yellow Thank this. -
Looks like the previous owner bought drive tires for fun. They usually last much longer don't they?. I am sure road debris can damage tires beyond repair, but that just seems excessive.
csmith1281 Thanks this. -
Driver what you clearly missed is that DoubleYellows truck is a 370/430 Detroit motor. The tires that were bought were to replace the ones smoked off at the burnout competitionFoolsErrand, csmith1281 and blairandgretchen Thank this. -
