    Look if you cant find a website for Plains then you really don't want to work for them.

    High Sierra is now NGL Energy Partners. I just left their website. NGL and Plains both have area offices scattered around. Your best bet would be to go to the area office and apply directly rather than going through corporate.

    Check out Hoffman trucking in Jamestown ND. Rates are probably half of 2012 rates, but much higher than Texas rates.
