This site and other social media was used hard and heavy to puff up the reputation of the f2f, it was used just heavily to deny and defend that there were no problems. Why is it now a problem to point out the fact that there facts behind all the talk. Live by the sword, die by the sword, its called justice

I would have done what I said I would do,which is pay the people what they were owed to start with.It makes no difference about the seniority or miles,he made a deal & didn't live up to his side of it. I was always told growing up, If a man won't do what he says he will do then there ain't nothing to him & I believe it.

More than one is being directed at individuals just for working there, not f2f management. Those are what i was referring to.

    My Turn...........

    This is a good quote^^

This Bill character, What Kind of assets does he have? Has he liquidated anything to at least try to pay his outstanding delinquencies?

What about his wife?, From what I understand she was his partner in crime.

Someone posted and I quote.. "Whoops my bad" And "Oh I forgot"

What Kind of business uses those terms when an employee or contractor is only asking for what's due?

    kwswan and fordconvert Thank this.

I used a similar term once when i forgot to reimburse for a lumper. I was so used to cutting comchecks that when a driver paid cash instead of waking me at 3 am and asked me to just put it in his next check, well by the time pay roll day came around i had completely forgotten. When he called me cause it doesn't show on his check i on fact did blurt out something like "oh f#@! My bad. I forgot."

It sounds to me like it is possible the trucking company was using Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC as their investment bankers and were getting their diesel from Enron.

But is it for just working there? Or a defense of the situation? Its seems the company had more obligations than its 20 per cut could accomodate

It's one thing to miss or "forget" a reimbursement on a check, there was still a check, there was still payment for work done. It happens even with the biggest of companies from time to time. I've had little things missed or "forgotten" and just the same I've been paid twice for the same load which pointed out a flaw in the checks and balances system at that company that was immediately fixed. Only through the office grape vine did I learn that had I not said anything about the $3300 over payment it would have never been caught which lead me to wonder how many other drivers had this happened to that chose to "forget" to tell them.

Anyway using the "oops, I forgot" when it comes to paying the settlements for the week as seems to be the case here is simply a vain attempt at covering up the fact there was no money to make the check good had it been written. One is a mistake, the other is fraud!

Just like the "re-branding" BS being spread about. It's one thing to re-brand to something new but there's a strong dead fish odor to re-branding to an older brand that was around once before. Of course there could be good reason for going back but the more plausible scenario is a way to duck out from under debts incurred by the former new brand when the former new brand ran out of money in it's ponzi scheme to keep going.

I suspect that when the company was blowing up every social media outlet pumping up it's idea of the new way of doing things and reinventing the wheel with it's self dispatch system and 87% payment they were running a ponzi scheme. Then when they couldn't acquire new trucks fast enough to bolster the cash flow needed to make payroll they switched to 80% in an effort to use the even newer fresh money to "catch up" on these debts. The whole Covenant thing was a smoke screen which apparently failed and now the latest with the re-branding and partnership with Max is simply another attempt to cover up and duck out from under debt. Maybe Max wanted the company but didn't want the debt associated with the latest company so the people in charge offered up the old brand which had no debt in it's portfolio leaving the ones owed by the last re-branded company with a big ### burning brand on their ### for believing that they really did "forget".

I believe that had the person being his own cheerleader for so long telling everyone how he was so much smarter that every trucking company owner to walk the earth before him had just used the same social media to air his dirty laundry and explain what really happened we would be reading a whole different story line today. Maybe one of reorganized success, maybe one of a company failure but either way he may have walked out with a little more dignity. But alas this person chooses to continue his self promoting, offering up some sort of educational experience on how to become as awesome and great as he is all the while the same social media he uses to promote his awesomeness is tearing Titanic sinking size holes in his story line.
