Nice rig, I love the I-shift myself, I drive a 2016 Peterbilt 579 EPIQ and hate the Ultashift...Paccar has to kiss Eaton's you know what and as a result they won't bring their 12 speed to the USA so we get stuck with a automated version of their manual.
Talked on the CB with an IC driving a 389, man that would be nirvana even with the crap fuel economy, though in the future perhaps a 566 Heritage will do...a boy can only dream![]()

Mid $2's to the truck. That's for longer runs, more for shorter. I've talked to 3 drivers there (only about 22 trucks) and they all average $4,500-$6,000 gross/week. Some weeks $7,000-$8,000 depends on what comes up.freightwipper Thanks this.

Well sheet.... where do I sign up?
Crap no tanker experience
ChicagoJohn Thanks this. -
That's kind of a hindrance. Most have experience, pump & air comp and no condo trucks.Josh_ Thanks this.

If they're grossing $6k a week i think they're doing okay lolChicagoJohn Thanks this.

You are right I didn't think that one all the way thru.freightwipper and ChicagoJohn Thank this.

@ChicagoJohn I'd go with the tanker job.
I can't remember the last time I grossed $6k here. It's been done a few times but not since freight tanked.
I can do $5k here but that's working 7 days and it's not easy. -
That's being home weekends. Money will be tight for a couple weeks, but after it starts rolling in, it'll all be good. I just have couple $1,000 in startup costs. (Plates, wheel covers and my own fuel card for fuel till the settlements start coming in)mxpx148 Thanks this.
