I've been looking at land myself in my area but with no immediate return on investment I've decided it would probably be a mistake to purchase at this time.

    4mer trucker Thanks this.

I can't say I seen the check myself. It was the only real wide open land that passed their soil stability tests near an electrical sub station is my understanding.

Buying a piece of land really depends on location if your looking to flip it ,on other hand if is next to you and u don't want some ####### to buy it & build on it it's priceless

I'd be looking to hold onto it and potentially build a shop on it. The thing is I can't justify buying such a liability at this time. Now if I had a large and performing portfolio already with more than enough passive income to support it, then maybe.

    4mer trucker Thanks this.

My 1979 frieghtliner had the 3406A motor with glow plugs and a hot box that ran on gas it was mounted on passenger side door step it would heat the coolant so between that and glow plugs I never plugged it in

    Ruthless Thanks this.
