A Broker kept my 53 van and won't give it back. What to do?

Technically it's not his Trailer anymore, it's the Finance Company's.

He screwed up by playing a game of hide and seek and the Broker bamboozled him by playing the same game back.

Even if he re-aquires the Trailer again from the Broker, he still can't afford it.

The OP wanted to hide the Trailer so he could use the Trailer to move loads without paying the Trailer Note............But guess what?

He got Bamboozled instead.

He screwed himself bad on this one.

It's a lost cause.

 

There is only one option... fly to Africa, bring back a Walmart bag full of green mambas and let them loose in the broker's office.

Then, after he's out of the picture, become romantically involved with his girlfriend and his sister, both at the same time... go on that show Cheaters... become world famous... get bags of money and hot girls...

Pretty simple really.

Yeah your first warning sign that he was a scumbag was that he agreed to this in the first place lol. This is why it's wise to not do anything shady with anyone. Shady people will do shady things to you as well. It's not possible to play with fire without getting burned. I'm not smart enough for games like these.

People doing stupid stuff like this is why financing is so hard to get, why interest rates are so high, and why its so hard for an honest guy to get a fair start as an owner operator. I hope you, OP, and that sleazy broker get the book thrown at both of you. You both deserve nothing less.

 

I spent a few weeks in Liberia, we were given ample warning of the black ones. No mention of green, but if I see ANY snake in Africa, I want my run to be clocked for my PT test.

 

What I WANT to know who is this broker? And I want to be sure to NEVER deal with him!!
