I got in touch with customer service. The servers were down. I just connected and registered.

For traffic I see traffic in LA, but I am working with my boss in determining how to use it for detours like prior models.. so bear with me for a day or two.
Thanks,
Marktow614 Thanks this. -
You will see a .navi folder.
You will need to move the .navi/user files and the .navi/RM/user files also... (in the RM/User, only the DB's, no folders.)
Then move to same location on the OD Pro 8. (turn on hidden files and folders).
<<>>
Once moved, on the TNDT80, delete the following.
.navi/User - all files to include any files in the subfolders. leave the subfolder shell alone.
.navi/logs - delete all log files
.navi/RM/User - all files, leave any folders alone along with the MyCustomPOI.db and FuelBrandFilterFile.db alone.
.navi/navi_version.txt - delete.
On the tablet root, delete any files in the
DCIM
Download
Lost.dir
Movies
Music
Pictures
Podcasts
Ringtones
Uninstall any Apps you loaded.
Then under settings/backup&reset/Right side - personal Data - factory reset.
NOTE... Factory Reset will not delete the .navi files and the above mentioned. It will take your tablet back to a prior version, but the Maps are still the latest that you have downloaded.
Once the new person does the onboarding (registration) they will be prompted for updates for the RM Launcher, RM Services, Toll, and Truck GPS version. If the "B" model they will get an update for the Onboarding also.
