This is the first time I've ever had this happen - they are paying me 3k referral bonus for every driver i refer.

Okay, normal right?

weird thing is they are paying me bonus for filling my own trucks. So i have two trucks, I just converted my truck to team, and then brought two buddies on to run team in my new truck. 9k in my pocket.

seemed to good to be true but i got my fist check this morning.

 

Yes, and I don't spend a penny on trailers, truck doesn't move an inch unpaid, and I'm getting 3k miles every week without a speck of effort (team truck gets from 5300-5800).

And Im home whenever I want.

I've done my own authority, I spent three years at Landstar, I've done intermodal to be home daily - I'll take this current gig ten times over.

 

I just found out this morning we are getting a 5 cent per mile increase. your dad may not even know yet

Things have been good. My team truck had a fallout with dispatch a couple weeks ago but i think we got things straightened out.

 

It's a good time, I would say give it a whirl. I did containers in Chicago for some time, I'll tell you right now you'll love it.

I wont even try to steal the referral bonus from your dad - lol
