He's a heavy duty truck mechanic. Yes GFS I used to work with you're cousin he worked at my yard. The blue building they used to be part of Kirk National Lease I don't know if they are anymore. He might be on his own now, but they work on trucks for Cintas and Heidelburg.
I noticed they put up the now renting space here banner.
They never had that before, but yeah they do heavy truck work. Now we've used them for emergency stuff here and there, but besides parking there were not really regulars at there shop my bosses have mixed feelings about that shop. There probably okay for a fan belt or windsheild wipers stuff like that. Lights a fuse etc etc more maintenance stuff I don't know if I would use them for major super huge repairs, probably better off at the Cummins shop over there on route 8.BigBob410, Ruthless and Mattflat362 Thank this. -
Wow small world man! You food guys have a rough job and I always think food guys would make great flatbed guys! Hard work and no wrong moves allowed.
My cousin got hurt pretty good I guess.....ramps and food and Winter are evil! 20k lbs of food all day every day by hand to feed us all! Respect!OLDSKOOLERnWV, BigBob410, Ruthless and 3 others Thank this. -
Yes he was gone for a very long time, I'm not privy to all the details, but he was gone for a year and then phased his way out.BigBob410, Mattflat362, cke and 1 other person Thank this.

So I am home and can finish this particular crap story and put it behind me. When I had typed that up there ^^ Cummins had thought it was the pulley and wear sleeve/seal (I saw it too it was pretty dang worn) so I went I got the hotel room. The next morning they started the truck and it was still gushing and then they saw they had missed the simple plug that was missing from the front cover (10 weeks ago my front cover was changed so someone didn't tighten it (*&%*F&#$ !) and that was all it ever was. It started out a tiny drip and then finally backed out and bam. They were honest as heck and then cut me a good deal on the pulley and some other stuff so I was not upset. So I get rolling...all the way back to 40 miles from my house and I blow a coolant line that had been rubbing! More yippy. By now I am close to my guy so I call him and he comes out with 5 gallons of water and some hose. Home! Then Friday morning I had to go drain 3 gallons out and add 3 gallons of concentrated to run in the heat! Then ran 800 miles. All good for now but man I am changing all rubber!

That was challenging....for me. Odd design!!
