A lot has changed over the years. Growing up my uncle used a vacuum motor like this on his forge. We used the forge to sharpen the bits on the drilling rigs. When the motor quit it was time to fix it..., couple D batteries and a flat file we was back in business. Not that easy anymore.

Yep. Many of the hydraulic valves, hoses and harnesses on the firewall gotta come off, then the DPF gets yanked out through the firewall.cke, jamespmack, johndeere4020 and 10 others Thank this.
