Instant O/O and Load boards

That's exactly it. I went down 45 about 6 miles before trying to turn around. There was no place to pull over to plan, and that long industrial stretch began turning into a downtown/residential area. I had no idea what was further on, only that it was getting worse and there was no expectation of anything anytime soon.

I had a situation like that in MN as well where I missed a turn and I went on about 12 miles before turning, and even then it was at an intersection, made a left, backed up through the intersection again and then made a left back where I was coming from. That's where the cows were.

 

Right, making this now the only pilot in existence that doesn't route you through the pumps before letting you catch a glimpse of a parking spot.

Anyway it sounds like there are good reasons for it to be the way it is, but they didn't help a first-timer to that location. All they need is a sign at the light to sort things out.

Not that they would care, but I haven't been to a pilot for even coffee since. I'm MAD at them!

I don't actually have a text plan, so when I get them it just tells me I have one and to go to a website to check it out with a login id and password... it's the silliest thing. But I see I got a message from such and such number, so that much I can see.
