I can’t explain it. Just believe that the doctors aren’t working in a vacuum. If there’s a financial quotient to “why” doctors are selling so many scripts beyond co-pay and doctor fees then I ask again in that case are drug companies culpable?

 

What does that "Salt Life" sticker people have on their cars mean?

 

That’s not a good doctor.

From racing and skateboarding I’ve broken bones everywhere except my pelvis. Vertebrae, skull, femur, all my fingers, tibia, navicular, collar bone etc etc etc. You name it. 4 knee surgeries, 100’s of stitches... they never gave me more that 24 pills at a time. Opioids make me hurl...so I never took them. Just lots of Advil. But any doctor giving you 200 pills in a couple of weeks is criminal.

Good on you not taking them.

 

Or being stupid enough to drive with a hot coffee in a paper cup squeezed between your legs, and getting burnt...that still blows my mind.

 

Arizona is one of many states going afterthe drug companies.
No they didnt write prescriptions. However, doctors were getting paid to promote opioids to their patients. The opioid is a saturation drug. It works best if the patient takes it reguraly. The problem is that it isnt all opioids that are the problem. Fentanyl is the biggest headache of the opioids because of its lethality.

At one time the opioid was thought to be the miracle cure to patients whom may have been getting more serious drugs that had a higher addiction rate.

As to why my back was hurting. Yes I said was. As most of the pain is gone now. The blower gets stuffed with wet grass. Adding a good 20 pounds to the heavy blower. The steel bloweer already weighs 30 pounds. Yet to remove the blower it must be lifted straight up. Gravity holds the blower down.

 

I thought the boat was called S.S, Minnow.
