Keep ecords, but I'm betting if you do most of the wok, it will not cost as much as everybody claims, I know it has not cost me near what I hear guys spending on them.
See if there is not moisture in the air valves on the tranny, it does not a whole lot of moisture and gunk to make them real sluggish, once it gets hot it may shift right till it cools down again.
I don't know about the roof cap, I never priced one that I know of, but the sleeper boots have gotten pricy, like I said, just looking at the pictures, you did good, and should never lose money on it, even after driving it for years.

 

Well if you are lucky, since the rears have been updated to newer ones, hopefully that tranny is a 14513, but I am not sure what year they started using them instead of the 12513.

Well I see my neighbors truck is outside and running, I loaned him my torque wrench, to put the head back on yesterday. I hope he can keep that thing together for a while, he bought it ew and it has kept him on the verge of bankruptcy ever since.

 

I just did exhaust manifold gaskets and new hardware..

Worst Job Ive ever Done on a truck- Id rather do a clutch a day for 2 weeks straight
